REFUND POLICY

At MakRhinestoneCo, every item is handcrafted and made specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.

Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders once payment has been received and materials have been ordered.

Design Approval

Customers will receive a design mockup for approval before production begins. Please review all spelling, colors, sizing, and design details carefully. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, MakRhinestoneCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
