Welcome to MakRhinestoneCo. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Custom Orders

All items are handcrafted and made to order. A $200 minimum applies to all custom orders. Final pricing varies depending on the complexity of the design, materials, and labor required.

Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance of the project. MakRhinestoneCo reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

Payment

Full payment is required before materials are ordered and production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No work will begin until payment has been received.

Design Approval

Customers will receive a design mockup when applicable before production begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details before approving the mockup.

Once approval has been given, changes may not be possible and may require additional charges if accommodated.

Production Time

Production times vary depending on current order volume and design complexity.

Estimated completion dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

MakRhinestoneCo is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because every item is custom-made specifically for each customer:

• All custom orders are final sale.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

• Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been received and materials have been ordered.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact MakRhinestoneCo within 3 days of delivery with photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Handmade Products

Each item is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in rhinestone placement, color, or materials may occur and are part of the handmade nature of each piece.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, website content, photographs, logos, and images created by MakRhinestoneCo remain the property of MakRhinestoneCo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customers may not reproduce or commercially resell MakRhinestoneCo designs without authorization.

Artist-Inspired Designs

MakRhinestoneCo creates fan-inspired custom apparel.

Unless specifically stated, MakRhinestoneCo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any artist, celebrity, management company, record label, sports team, or brand. All trademarks, names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

MakRhinestoneCo’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

MakRhinestoneCo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Changes to These Terms

MakRhinestoneCo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this website.
